Hello, my name is EstefaNIA, listening to people, their stories and their adventures in life is what I like the most. There is always something to learn from everyone. Today I have got the chance to share a bit about NIA party.
I started working at children’s birthday parties when I was just 15 years old. Wearing a clown costume, facepainting children, eating cake and having sweets every weekend, what else could a teenager ask for?
Unfortunately, the company I was working for moved outside the city. Thus, I did it independently. I sewed my own costumes, bought my facepainting materials, and made my presentation cards, parents loved me, as much as their children, I was the best clown in town.
At the age of 18, I had my own business “Tefyanimacion”. We organized parties and events for children, adults, and corporations. With an educative approach in our activities, including early stimulation, pinatas, facepainting and balloon decorations. I loved what I was doing, and I wanted to make it in the most serious way. I started my BSc. in Education for young children. The point was to be different from the other clowns, not only make children smile but also help in some way to develop theirs kills.
In 2015 I had the chance to come to the Netherlands. Trying new things and seeing other parts of the world is really my thing, so here I am! Making the most of my time and doing what I love, that’s how NIAparty came to life, in The Netherlands.
I must adapt my creativity to the Dutch celebrations, so far so good. Some customers had asked for remarkably interesting projects. Pinatas, in the shape of cats and monsters; Halloween cupcakes and fish tattoos, these kids are always one step ahead!
I hope you like this project, and if you want to have extra fun at your birthday party don’t hesitate to call NIAparty.
